WoW PVP Guide
A lot of players identify with the pvp class in World of Warcraft. They like the idea of being a
self-sufficient character than can deal lots of damage and then sink back into the shadows to escape from
their enemies. It makes the player feel like a ninja or master thief, and that appeals to a lot of players.
PVP are a fairly powerful and easy class to get into, but at the highest levels they are very difficult
to play well.
A good World of Warcraft pvp guide can be very helpful in mastering the art of the rogue.
Like all other classes in World of Warcraft, rogues must choose between three different trees, each with its own
advantages and drawbacks. You don’t get any points to spend on talents until level 10, but once you’re past that
point your talents become a defining element of your character. It’s very important to choose the right talents to
make your character as powerful and versatile as possible. The three rogue talent trees are Assassination,
Subtlety, and Combat.

The Assassination tree focuses heavily on the pvp rogue’s ability to deal out a ton of damage in a hurry. As the
name implies, Assassination rogues are at their best when they get the drop on their enemy. While they can’t
usually take out an enemy in one shot, they can do a lot of damage and debilitate their enemy, limiting their
ability to fight back. Assassination rogues use daggers as weapons almost exclusively.
Combat pvp rougues, on the other hand, are more face-to-face fighters. They have a lot of talents that boost their
combat abilities passively, making them do more damage, attack faster, and dodge or parry enemy attacks. Combat pvp
rogues usually choose one type of weapon and specialize in it to maximize its potential.
Leveling as a pvp rouge is fun and easy for a couple of different reasons. First and foremost, they are simply
one of the highest damage classes in the game. They can tear through monsters fairly quickly and without taking too
much damage thanks to their skills at dodging and avoiding enemy attacks. However, their real defining feature is
their stealth ability. Using stealth, pvp can easily slip into heavily infested enemy bases and camps and
steal key items or assassinate key enemies.
Subtlety pvp don’t do quite as much damage as their counterparts, but they have a lot of fun utility abilities
that allow them to get out of sticky situations and misdirect their enemies. They are one of the most dangerous
classes to face in player vs. player combat because they have such a huge bag of tricks.
When it comes to professions, the natural choice for pvp is the leatherworking and skinning professions. Leatherworking
allows the pvp to craft leather armor to wear, as well as unique armor enhancements that other classes don’t
have access to. Another popular professions for rogues is jewelcrafting.
pvp are fairly simple to play at first and most players are able to quickly adapt. However, to truly optimize your
playing ability, talent choices and gear, a World of Warcraft rogue guide is absolutely priceless.
