WoW Death Knight Guide

Warcraft Death Knight Guide Click HereThe death knight has always played an important role in the lore of World of Warcraft, but it wasn’t until the latest expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, that they became a playable class. Death knights are the first “hero class” which means that they are a class with unique starting benefits.

There are a lot of reasons to choose a death knight. They are an easy class to start out with, but extremely difficult to master. A World of Warcraft death knight guide is just what you need to become an expert in the class.

Death knights have a lot of unique elements about them. Since they are essentially undead warriors, they have unique looks that no other classes have. Not only can they choose from darker and paler skin tones, but every death knight also has glowing blue eyes that look really intimidating. In terms of game mechanics, the death knight has a unique system that powers their abilities. Instead of using mana like many classes, they use runes and runic powers.

In order to even create a death knight, you must already have a character of level 55 or higher in the game. That’s because death knights, as a hero class, actually start at level 55 instead of level 1. Death knights also have their own unique starting zone that tells the story of how they broke their bonds of servitude to the Lich King.

There are three different talent specializations of the death knight that help players further customize and empower their character. The three trees are Blood, Frost, and Unholy. Another unique features of the death knight class is that no matter which talent tree they specialize in, they can tank, which means that in group settings they can keep the attention from enemy and take the hits of bigger monsters.

The Blood talent tree is focused on the death knight’s ability to heal himself and doling out lots of damage with his weapon. Blood death knights are perhaps the most difficult type to kill.
Frost death knights focus on using the power of cold to damage and slow their enemies. Of the three talent specializations, Frost death knights have the most power against large groups of enemies thanks to their Howling Blast ability.

Finally, Unholy death knights focus on magical damage and have a lot of utility effects. They can also power up the damage that is caused by their diseases and their Death and Decay spell. They’re also the only type of death knight that gets a permanent, controllable ghoul pet that they can command to attack enemies.
Choosing professions for a death knight can be difficult.

While they start at level 55, they don’t have any points in any primary profession skills. This means that in order to level up a profession, the death knight has to go back to very low level areas to gather materials. If a player does decide to do that, then blacksmithing and mining are good profession choices.
When you first start off using your death knight, you’ll find that they’re both easy and fun to play. Once you’ve reached the level cap, however, you really need to step up your game. A World of Warcraft death knight guide can help tremendously.

Warcraft Pros: Druid Guide

Possibly the most wanted arena class, Druids and their shape shifting ability can easily switch from tanking to spell casting forms in a flash, making them a very powerful support character and deadly foe with its ability to mimic and adjust swiftly.

Warcraft Pros: Hunter Guide

World of Warcraft’s single most popular character class, Hunters are excellent at crowd control with their ranged attacks, survival skills and pets that can become powerful allies. (or raid wipers)

Warcraft Pros: Mage Guide

Sheer power is what describes this class best. To compensate for their lack of melee combat, Mages have the highest damage inflicting and massive bursts attacks in the game. Although they will never make it to the front line, Mages always get the praise in mass battles and raids.

Warcraft Pros: Paladin Guide

This character class tends to become ultra specialized and requires dedication from the start. With their healing abilities as well as high "dps" (lolret), Paladins can thrive on their own just as well as in groups.

Warcraft Pros: Priest Guide

A traditional healer character type, no raid party would leave without one by their side as doing so would be akin to suicide. Unfortunately, due to its mostly supportive role, this character class is also the least played in the game, making the rewards and praises even greater to those with a fiber of self-sacrifice who choose to follow this path.

Warcraft Pros: Rogue Guide

Stealth combats, poisons, combo attacks; these are all part of the Rogue’s dark arsenal of skills and powers. Where Hunters are champions of hit-and-run attacks, Rogues are masters of shadows and lethal surprise attacks. Taking down sentries and support characters is child’s play to any well trained Rogue.

Warcraft Pros: Shaman Guide

Shamans can easily be described as the most complex character class available in the game. Playing a Shaman character opens a whole new world of opportunities as an interesting blend of mage-warrior, but requires good understanding of it’s abilities and unique traits.

Warcraft Pros: Warlock Guide

Not a fighting class in itself, but not your typical spell caster either, Warlocks effectively combine their spells and abilities in a succession of attacks to weaken their adversaries as they head to battle and take them out with help from their summoned familiars.

Warcraft Pros: Warrior Guide

A typical tanking machine, Warriors are probably the most important class in the raid. When the main tank is down, your raid is wiped. Learn how exactly how aggro works and manage it.

Warcraft Pros: Death Knight Guide

A hybrid, melee casting machine, Death Knights are one of the most versatile classes in the game and also one of the hardest to play. Learn how to tank a raid one night and rule the Arena the next using your diseases, ghouls, and devastating strikes.
