Alliance Leveling
Guide

Congratulations! You have gone through all of the
other guides and have now happened on our bonus leveling guide.
This is not so much a guide as it is a collection of extra tips that will help you out even more when you start
your leveling process. The guides that are available in other sections of this website are great for starting, but
if you want to incorporate a bit more into your strategy you should certainly consider using the tips that are
given below.

Tip #1: Be Flexible Flexibility is one way in which you can decrease the amount of time it
takes you to get to whatever your leveling goal may be. Yes, you can level all the way on just quests. Yes, you can
consistently grind your way to wherever you want to be. However, if you do both of those things to the exclusion of
all else, you are certainly going to spend extra time along the way.
The best levelers are the ones that have the ability to change their strategy depending on what the prevailing
advantage is at the time. That means that when there are plenty of high experience enemies in your range, you go
and kill them. When there are high-efficiency quests to be done, you do them. Sometimes, it is even worth it to
save a quest until you get another so that you can do them both at the same time and in the same area. Keep this in
mind when you are leveling, especially if using a quest guide to do so.
Tip #2: Develop a Profession Develop a profession when you get the chance to do so. There
are two main advantages to doing this. For starters, developing a profession will give you a grind option for gold.
Whether it is fishing, smelting, cooking, blacksmithing or anything else that can be considered a profession, you
can get gold for what you do in that profession and therefore you have a way to grind gold. You can farm all you
want for gold, but you should still have the backup grind option available just in case you get unlucky.
The second advantage is that professions are a different kind of grinding from the grinding that you would do to
level up. If you develop at least one profession, you can alternate between grinding your profession and grinding
your character level, allowing you to become more tolerant of both types of grinding as you begin to do them more
often. That is something that is worth its weight in gold, if you’ll pardon the small pun.
Tip #3: Have Fun It’s somewhat of a sad commentary on the World of WarCraft these days that
people have to be reminded to have fun when playing the game, but those are the times we currently live in. The
fact of the matter is that with all of the guides and all of the money and all of the time that people invest in
WOW, some people start to take the game too seriously. Don’t become that person. Remember that at the end of the
day you are playing this game for fun. If you feel yourself starting to have less and less fun, it might be time to
move on to something else.
